Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Monitor stock levels and trigger reorder points for 500+ SKUs
- Maintain precise digital records in SAP and physical documentation
- Collaborate with procurement team to resolve stock variances
- Support year-end audits and implement process improvements
- Train new staff on inventory protocols and safety standards
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency and inventory reconciliation experience
- Forklift certification preferred (will train if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
