Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehousing practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless inbound/outbound logistics
- Utilize provided WMS technology and warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Conduct regular audits and report on operational KPIs
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS software and warehouse technology systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Forklift certification (provided if not current)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
