Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories of stock rooms and warehouse areas.
- Reconcile incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update digital inventory management systems using software like SAP or QuickBooks.
- Assist in labeling, tagging, and organizing warehouse stock for efficient retrieval.
- Prepare reports on stock levels and report missing or damaged goods to management.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage layouts and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation.
