Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF scanners) to track inventory levels and update warehouse management systems.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and staging orders for shipment to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld data collection devices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
