We are looking for a reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain the integrity of our stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Log inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and efficiently.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in the organization of stock rooms and labeling of inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
