Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcoding systems
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare variance reports
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Manage shipping/receiving documentation and data entry
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Strong mathematical and data reconciliation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
