Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage receiving, shipping, and warehouse documentation with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records in real-time ERP systems
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize stock rotation and space utilization
- Generate inventory reports and variance analysis for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols for perishable goods handling
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Valid Washington State driver's license required
