Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Update inventory databases in real-time to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock reconciliation and cycle counts
- Generate inventory reports for management and external stakeholders
- Manage FIFO rotation protocols and stock location optimization
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Excel
- RF scanner and barcode system certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
