Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Log and track incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders.
- Update and maintain digital inventory management systems (ERP) with real-time data.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods to the management team immediately.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve stock discrepancies and restock shelves.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high energy levels.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
