Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits to verify stock levels against system records.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all inventory logs and shipping documentation.
- Assist in the layout and organization of the warehouse to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Utilize barcode scanners and handheld devices to track product movement accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
