Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management software and databases.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow and retrieval efficiency.
- Prepare and label outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline logistics processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
