Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and full physical inventory audits using RF scanners and inventory management software
- Update and maintain real-time inventory records in ERP/WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Generate monthly inventory reports and KPI dashboards for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock rotation
- Collaborate with procurement on reorder points and stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- RF scanner certification or demonstrated ability to learn handheld technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail (spotting discrepancies <0.5%)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional warehouse audits)
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
