Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock reconciliation and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in barcode scanners and inventory software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification desirable
