Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Log and track inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with 100% accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and spot checks to ensure physical stock matches digital records.
- Organize and stock materials onto shelves, racks, or pallets in designated areas.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and stock shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience considered.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
