Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage inbound/outbound stock processes including receiving, picking, and shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and audit compliance measures
- Coordinate physical inventory audits and resolve system variances
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Background check and drug screening required
