Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and update stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control procedures
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Valid Virginia driver's license
