Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Update inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with accurate stock levels and transaction data.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient picking and packing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of stock for shipment, including labeling and packaging.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or Stock Clerk is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
