Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Enter and update inventory data into the ERP system (SAP/Oracle experience preferred).
- Locate and retrieve stock items requested by team members or customers efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including labeling and shelving.
- Report damaged goods, missing items, or system discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.
