Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners and WMS software
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain optimal inventory levels across 15,000+ SKUs
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management and identify shrinkage trends
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to prevent stockouts/overstock situations
- Audit warehouse storage areas and implement organizational best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS)
- RF scanner certification or hands-on experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
