Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory shipments onto the system.
- Maintain and update digital inventory records to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders for timely shipment.
- Identify damaged goods or stock discrepancies and report them to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, ensuring aisles are clear and safety regulations are followed.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse software efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Warehouse Associate preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule.
