Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP software (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Prepare and generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse storage areas for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely processing of outbound orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software quickly.
