Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Maintain and update digital inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Fishbowl).
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, documenting any discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and process outgoing orders, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for distribution.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve stock shortages or damaged goods.
- Keep the warehouse storage areas organized and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to assist management in making informed procurement decisions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
