Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Reconcile incoming and outgoing shipments with purchase orders and packing slips to prevent errors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records in our inventory management system.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize space and workflow efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies in stock levels immediately to the Warehouse Manager.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management software (WMS) effectively.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the receiving and dispatching process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory calculations.
