Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Update and maintain real-time inventory records in WMS software
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through cycle counting
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient receiving and shipping processes
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation methods to minimize waste
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced data entry skills with 98% accuracy
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory analytics
