Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Update inventory records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) in real-time to reflect stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare and organize stock for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or out-of-stock items to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize stock placement and retrieval efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or Warehouse Associate (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
