Responsibilities
- Perform accurate daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support cycle count programs and annual physical inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turnover
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- RF scanner certification or demonstrated proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
