Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy and reconcile variances.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Enter and update inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Excel spreadsheets with high precision.
- Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas to ensure optimal workflow and safety.
- Assist in preparing and packaging outgoing shipments for courier delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the supply chain manager to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate counting and calculation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
