- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS and ERP systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient receiving, put-away, and picking processes
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols for perishable medical supplies
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in regulated industries
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (99.9% accuracy)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with FDA/GMP compliance documentation
