Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using WMS software
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock movement and storage
- Generate weekly inventory reports and analyze trends for optimization
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment and order accuracy
- Train staff on inventory procedures and data entry best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
