Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning and documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Generate inventory reports for management and external stakeholders
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Support year-end physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in barcode scanners, RF guns, and WMS/ERP systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with SAP/Oracle systems highly desirable
- Proven problem-solving skills in inventory discrepancies
