Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse organization standards
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss
- Train staff on inventory management best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required
