Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from shipping docks, storage areas, and delivery trucks.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and logging stock movements into the warehouse management system.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure workplace for yourself and your team.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Basic math skills for reading labels, measuring quantities, and handling inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a history of consistent work attendance.
