Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately to meet strict daily deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and organize stock to ensure optimal workflow.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Verify shipment details against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the DC/VA location.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to cross-train in different departments for career growth.
