Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization at scale.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud computing and MLOps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with data engineering, data lakes, and real-time processing technologies (Kafka, Spark).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
