Responsibilities
- Spearhead R&D: Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, including LLMs and multimodal systems, targeting deployment in the 2026 roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployments.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with business goals and future market trends.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and cost while maximizing model accuracy and throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) is required.
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with generative AI, reinforcement learning, or edge computing is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-stakes technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
