Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the 2026 infrastructure landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency inference on next-gen hardware (e.g., neuromorphic chips).
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to elevate the team's engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning or Federated Learning is a plus.
