Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge features for Project 2026.
- Optimize inference latency and cost efficiency for large-scale distributed systems.
- Conduct rigorous research into novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Define the technical vision and roadmaps for the AI infrastructure team.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in NLP, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data engineering and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
