Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines.
- Define and enforce best practices for model training, validation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate classical AI with quantum algorithms.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and AI researchers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure real-time latency requirements are met.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, adapting novel architectures to our proprietary datasets.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
