Role Overview:
As our Lead Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can withstand the complexities of a post-AI world. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology stack aligns with the strategic vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust system architectures that support high-traffic, real-time data processing.
- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native environments.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 engineering roadmap.
- Mentor and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to 2026, including advanced AI integration and quantum computing interfaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
