Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy
- Maintain clean and compliant work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
