Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and damage.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and label orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Certification for forklift operation (e.g., forklift license) is a major plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
