Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials to storage areas
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license may be required
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
