Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Operate warehouse machinery in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S principles
- Support shipping/receiving processes and documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
