Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct cycle counts for accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery, including proper packaging and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks or equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
