Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will provide training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
