Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely material flow
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
