Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment for optimal performance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation systems
- Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (as needed)
