- Conduct regular OSHA compliance audits and safety training
- Optimize warehouse layout using WMS software for maximum efficiency
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve operational workflows

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in 3PL or retail logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong leadership experience with KPI-driven teams
