Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming materials using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision while adhering to FIFO protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas with proper labeling
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
