Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient warehouse layouts to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely material movement
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment)
